Tropical White Balsamic Vinegar


This blend of coconut, pineapple, and mango is summer in a bottle. When first tasting, you get a big hit of mango in the nose, then the tart pineapple taste, with a smooth coconut finish. Overall, it's reminiscent of a trip to the Caribbean, making you want to grab your flip-flops and head straight for the beach! 

If that's not quite possible, then cooking with this blend is the next best thing. Incorporate into salsa with mango, pineapple, serrano chiles, white onion, lime juice, and salt and serve over grilled whitefish or fish tacos. Add a little avocado to the mix for an excellent tortilla chip dip. Combine with something spicy, such as sambal oelek (an asian chile sauce found in most grocery stores), to serve as a dipping sauce for coconut shrimp. Seared or raw ahi tuna over coconut rice would also be a delicious canvas for this beautiful balsamic. For dessert, grill up thick slices of fresh pineapple to serve with vanilla ice cream, and then a little Tropical White Balsamic to top it all off!
