How do I return a defective product?
Walden Lane Gourmet strives to provide only the highest quality products, from the freshest ingredients, and packaging free from any defects. However, in the unlikely event there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of damaged or defective product.
If there is damage to the shipping box, please take a picture of damage and any other relevant details. We greatly value our customers and will make every effort to quickly resolve any problems that arise.
