Do you offer free shipping?
Free standard shipping is currently available for online orders of $100 and over. Use the FREESHIP discount code at checkout. Unable to combine with other discount codes. Shipping discounts are subject to change. At this time, this discount is only available for online orders that will be shipped within the contiguous United States.
How will my order be shipped?
Currently, Walden Lane Gourmet ships through USPS and UPS, but may choose a different carrier if necessary to maintain shipping speed, quality, and/or lowest cost. Expedited shipping (overnight, 1-day, etc.) is not available at this time.
How much will shipping cost?
On the shopping cart page is a shipping rate calculator that will provide shipping options and costs prior to checkout. Flat rate shipping and other promotional discounts may be offered from time to time.
How long will it take to get my order?
Although we are a very small family-owned operation, we strive to turn around orders as quickly as possible. Orders received during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8AM-5PM Pacific Time (excluding national holidays), will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping notification. Shipping timelines, tracking, and delivery is the shipping company’s responsibility. We cannot make guarantees on behalf of the shipping company.
Please note that due to volume, processing timelines may increase slightly between Thanksgiving and New Years’ Day. We will do our best to communicate any changes to our processing lead times if needed.
