What if an item I want is out of stock?

If an item you wish to purchase is currently out of stock, please email us at customerservice@waldenlanegourmet.com to notify us of your request. We will provide an answer within 1 business day to let you know when to expect the item to be in stock again. If we are unsure when the item will be back in stock, we will keep track of your request and let you know if/when it becomes available.

Is there an option to send as a gift (without a price sheet in the package?)

If you would like us to refrain from including a packing slip with prices in your package, please note this in the “Note to Walden Lane Gourmet” box on the shopping cart page prior to checkout.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Although we are working on gift wrap options, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time. If you have a special circumstance, email us at customerservice@waldenlanegourmet.com with your request and we will try to accommodate for a nominal fee.
