WLG Pantry - Lime Avocado Oil

This combination of 100% natural avocado oil and pure lime oil is fragrant and bursting with fresh citrus flavor. Avocado oil is also a cooking oil and has the added benefit of the highest smoke point of any natural oil, so you can use this when frying or high-temperature searing. However, unlike most cooking oils, this one does double-duty in the kitchen by adding bright fresh lime flavor to any dish cooked or raw. Because of its simplicity, it is a fantastic base for salad dressings, sauces, marinades, and more!

We have found it particularly delicious drizzled over melon or avocados with a sprinkle of sea salt. It pairs wonderfully with spicy Thai and Mexican dishes, and is delectable brushed over grilled seafood or vegetables. Try it combined with our Citrus White Balsamic or Lime Jalapeno White Balsamic for a perfect fusion of flavor.
