Due to regional olive oil production, flavor, and availability varying from year to year, our selection of non-flavor-infused extra virgin olive oils will vary as well. So, we are changing the naming convention of these olive oils from specifying the region they are from, to instead describing their unique flavor profile. So although last year, our Chilean was Smooth & Fruity, this year we discovered a Chilean EVOO that has a flavor profile much more like our Californian of 2019 & 2020. So, if you liked our Californian, you will love our Full-Bodied & Robust EVOO that we imported from Chile this year. We will also be introducing a new Smooth & Fruity EVOO to take the place of last year's Chilean very soon!
When we set out to find premium olive oils that could stand on their own, it was extremely important that we only consider real-deal extra virgin olive oil; olive oil from a reputable source, strict quality standards, and accreditation and/or certification capability. After months of searching, we found it!
