One of our favorite ways to use the WLG Pantry - Lemon Avocado Oil is for creating a perfectly crisp salmon skin. Whether you bake, sous vide, or saute your fish, finish it by lightly coating the bottom of a pan with the oil, turn up the heat, and shallow fry the fish skin-side down for a few minutes. You may even want to lightly press on the fish with a spatula to ensure all of the skin is in contact with the hot pan and oil. You will get a beautifully crackled edible skin that has an amazing lemony infusion of flavor. If salmon isn't your thing, you can brighten up a beurre blanc sauce, jazz up a pasta salad, or take your Chicken Piccata to the next level with a drizzle of this addictive citrusy oil. And don't forget your veggies! This blend is also perfect with grilled or roasted vegetables.
