Bordeaux Cherry & Black Walnut Balsamic Vinegar

From the minute you open this bottle, the beautiful aroma of bright Bordeaux cherry and bold black walnut are so intoxicating, you can't wait to try it! Then you will be asking yourself, should I use this for something sweet or for something savory. We say, why not both!? The blending of these two decadent flavors is so unique, we haven't seen, or tasted, anything else like it.

As with most of our balsamics, this would be amazing as a dressing for just about any salad. However, there are many more ways to enjoy this delicious blend. While rich and tart at the same time, it's well balanced as a glaze on pork while roasting in the oven, or even mixed into a cherry compote to spoon over pork once ready to serve. On the sweet side, it would be a great surprise element to add to your favorite cherry jam recipe. Or, combine with our Dark Chocolate Balsamic for a decadent drizzle over ice cream and a rich flourless dark chocolate cake.
