The sky's the limit with this versatile blend of garlic, onion, peppers, lemon peel, and more! Keep it coarse and use as a rub on hunks of meat prior to grilling, or grind it up for more delicate applications. There are so many options when it comes to Mediterranean cuisine, you will have a blast incorporating into many of your favorite recipes.

For a quick and easy marinade, blend with olive oil and a fresh squeeze of lemon juice. Salad dressing is a breeze when combined with any of our citrus-based olive oils or balsamics, minced shallot, and a touch of Dijon. Sprinkle on grilled summer squash, chicken, or fish for the perfect finish. And for a twist on hors d'oeuvres, add to meatballs and serve with a garlic-lemon yogurt sauce.
