Are your products gluten-free, non-GMO, organic, etc?

All of our products are 100% free from gluten. We work in a brand new custom-built gluten free commercial kitchen and do not use any products that would cause cross-contamination.

We source only 100% non-GMO ingredients. We don't use anti-caking agents, irradiated spices, or anything we can't pronounce! Therefore, you may experience slight settling, color differences, sediment, and/or texture changes in our products. This is completely normal and means that what you are putting in your body is clean, natural, and delicious! 

Walden Lane Gourmet strives to use the best quality ingredients in everything we make; however, at this time, using only organic ingredients is prohibitively expensive. In any case, we are actively working on a small line of WLG Organic products to offer our customers in the near future.

What if an item I want is out of stock?

If an item you wish to purchase is currently out of stock, please email us at customerservice@waldenlanegourmet.com to notify us of your request. We will provide an answer within 1 business day to let you know when to expect the item to be in stock again. If we are unsure when the item will be back in stock, we will keep track of your request and let you know if/when it becomes available.

Is there an option to send as a gift (without a price sheet in the package?)

Walden Lane Gourmet does not send prices out with our orders, we only send a packing slip with order information. There is also a general note section at checkout where you may leave a note for the individual receiving the gift.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Although we do not offer customized gift wrapping at this time, every Walden Lane Gourmet package is shipped with the joy of unboxing in mind. Our bottles come in boxes with ribbon and festive stickers, and all items are carefully and safely packaged to ensure breakage-free travel. Each box is topped off with our signature orange and green tissue paper, making the entire package feel like a gift, no matter the receiver!
