How will my order be shipped?
Currently, Walden Lane Gourmet ships through USPS, but may choose a different carrier if necessary to maintain shipping speed, quality, and/or lowest cost.
How much will shipping cost?
On the shopping cart page is a shipping rate calculator that will provide shipping options and costs prior to checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders received during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8AM-5PM Pacific Time (excluding national holidays), will be processed within 48 hours.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping notification. Shipping timelines, tracking, and delivery is the shipping company’s responsibility. We cannot make guarantees on behalf of the shipping company.
Please note that due to volume, processing timelines may increase slightly between Thanksgiving and New Years’ Day. We will do our best to communicate any changes to our processing lead times if needed.
Although we cannot guarantee faster processing, we will do our best to accommodate any special requests to expedite an order. For any such special requests, please contact us at email@example.com.
Walden Lane Gourmet strives to provide only the highest quality products, from the freshest ingredients, and packaging free from any defects. However, in the unlikely event there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of damaged or defective product. We greatly value our customers and will make every effort to resolve problems that arise.

To request a refund or exchange for a non-defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the product. The item must be unused, have the original protective seal still in place, and be in brand new condition.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping product(s) back to Walden Lane Gourmet at 115 2nd Street, #1616, Langley WA 98260. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and determined to be in new condition, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund or exchange has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the same credit card used to make the original purchase.
If you are exchanging the product for another item, depending on price difference between the returned and new item (and new shipping costs), a credit or debit will be applied to your credit card.
If you are expecting a refund and haven’t received it yet, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. It is not uncommon to experience some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note the refund amount will reflect the original purchase price. For example, items bought on sale will be refunded at the sale price, even if the item is currently marked at full price.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you have special circumstances and need expedited shipping, please email us at email@example.com to discuss options.
Note: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
